2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Club Soda

Directions
Pour dark rum, tequila, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda and stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange, a pineapple wedge, and a maraschino cherry. Serve. More info on how to make a Zocolo
